1st - Log in to your account
Find the purchase you would like to return and click on "Return item". Once that is done you may be asked about the return. Be sure to fill it out correctly to help your return goes smoothly.
Returns and Exchanges
- Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
- Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
- Attach a copy of the sales check.
After you have sent the parcel, please inform us or the Vendor you purchased it from.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any "new" purchased items without within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can ONLY be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case 1st the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved unused.

Import Items: If you have bought Import Paintings or Import marked items mailed from China. Typical shipping time for these are 20-60 days. We guarantee a refund if item is not received. You can request a refund after 90 days. Then you have 30 days from then to ask for a refund.
Items not eligible for return: anything opened and used, project started, special order door decals, diamond paintings. personal use items like underwear, items determined used will be rejected.
